Situated near Abergavenny, our auction house is a leading hub for fine art and antiques, catering to the West Midlands and Welsh Marches. We host three prominent Fine Art auctions annually, featuring a curated collection of antique furniture, fine art, jewellery, silver, and more. Additionally, our monthly general auctions offer a wide variety of decorative antiques, vintage furniture, and antique jewellery.
Whether you’re looking to buy or sell, our expert team is here to assist. Reach out today to learn more.
We offer a diverse range of departments, utilising the expertise of several skilled valuers to deliver specialist knowledge. Our collection includes everything from Natural History and Silver to Militaria, Collectibles, Asian Art, Clocks, Watches, and much more.
It’s important to know what your valuables are really worth. For those in Abergavenny, we provide independent valuations that focus on accuracy and real world relevance rather than headline figures.
Our work covers single items and complete collections, ranging from decorative antiques and period furniture to jewellery, artworks and everyday household contents. Each valuation is approached individually, with careful attention given to condition, age, demand and the way similar items are currently performing within the market.
Clients often approach us before committing to a sale, distribution or formal process, simply wanting a clear understanding of what they are dealing with. Our valuation service is designed to remove guesswork, offering a reliable starting point without expectation or pressure to proceed further.
Clearing a property can be physically demanding and emotionally difficult, particularly when it follows a significant life change. Our Abergavenny house clearance service is structured to remove that burden, handling each property methodically and with respect.
Rather than clearing everything in one sweep, we first assess the contents to establish what should be retained, sold or disposed of. Items with resale potential are separated and prepared for appropriate sale routes, while remaining contents are removed carefully and responsibly.
We manage clearances for a wide range of properties, including family homes, apartments and inherited houses. Throughout the process, our focus remains on discretion, organisation and ensuring the property is left in an orderly condition without rushing decisions or overlooking important items.
Insurance valuations serve a different purpose to sale or probate assessments and require a separate approach. For Abergavenny clients, we provide insurance valuations that focus on replacement cost and realistic coverage levels rather than market sale values.
These reports are prepared with detailed descriptions and supporting information, making them suitable for new policies, renewals or portfolio reviews. Our experience across multiple valuation types ensures the figures provided are appropriate for insurer expectations and practical protection.
This service is regularly used by private owners, trustees and professionals seeking dependable valuation guidance supported by clear reasoning and current market awareness.
Buyers must collect their purchased items within seven working days of the auction. Failure to do so will result in a storage fee of £5 plus VAT per lot per day.
