At Minster Auctions Ltd, we aim to make the post-auction process as smooth as possible by offering flexible collection and delivery options. Buyers are welcome to collect their items in person within seven working days of the auction, ensuring prompt handover and avoiding any additional storage fees. For those unable to collect, we can recommend reliable couriers suited to the size and nature of the items.

Buyers must collect their purchased items within seven working days of the auction’s conclusion. Timely collection ensures smooth operations and helps us maintain efficient storage and handling for all clients. If items are not collected within this time frame, a storage fee of £5 plus VAT per lot, per day will be charged.
This fee reflects the additional resources required to store uncollected items securely. Please note that continued failure to collect may result in further action, including resale or disposal, in accordance with our terms and conditions. We strongly encourage all buyers to arrange prompt collection or contact us in advance if alternative arrangements are needed.
Minster Auctions can recommend delivery option within mainland UK for your convenience, with all shipping arranged at the buyer’s risk.
We can arrange shipping within mainland UK; however, all shipping is undertaken at the buyer’s risk. If you require a quote, please don’t hesitate to contact us directly.
Small parcels (up to 2kg) are dispatched via Royal Mail Special Delivery, while larger parcels (2–30kg) are sent using Parcelforce 24, which includes standard cover up to £100. If additional insurance is required, this is the responsibility of the buyer.

Please be aware that Minster Auctions accepts no liability for any loss or damage incurred during shipping, and we advise all buyers to consider appropriate insurance for valuable items.
If any lots remain unsold, vendors may choose to re-enter them in a future auction by mutual agreement. Unsold lots can be collected within 7 working days after the auction. Beyond this period, storage charges of £5 per lot per day will apply.
